Longfellow - Pinon Field project consists of multiple fields located in southern Pecos County, Texas.

Project Stats:

• Approximately 900 Oil & Gas wells located within the Pinon, Thistle, Downie, La Escalara, Elsinore, and other fields.

• All wells are operated and average 98% COI.

• 1,500 ft - 22,000 ft in depth

• Gas gathering by affiliate TransPecos Gathering LLC

• Gas processing by affiliate Century Gas Processing LLC

• Significant surface, mineral, and royalty ownership by affiliate Longfellow Ranch Partners LP
